Hello everyone and welcome to the group. As you can see I've finally gotten off my butt to write out the basics of what this group is all about, so I think a little introduction is in order!
First and foremost, this is a group to showcase artwork dealing with the subject of Otherkin/Therinathropy. All kintypes are welcome here and the gallery has been set up to mirror the common otherkin forum sections. If you feel I'm missing a kintype or have in some way not represented you please feel free to tell me and I'll try to rectify that.
Just as with a forum I expect my members to be polite and respectful, if you have issues with another member please try to handle it in a mature and reasonable manner. Drama is not welcomed here and I reserve the right to boot anyone making trouble.
Secondly, this group practices religious tolerance. The people in Otherkin/Therian communities come from all faiths and walks of life. This group does not tolerate belief bashing. EVER. I don't care if you're an admin/mod on another group or forum or if you're a community leader elsewhere, if I see you degrading someone else's beliefs I, as group founder and sole admin, have the right to show you where the door is.
And on that note, not all otherkin/therians subscribe to a spiritual outlook and likewise not all otherkin/therian subscribe to the psychological aspect of it, please be aware of this and try not to get upset if someone's reasons do not jive with yours.
Thirdly, as much as this group is for art I would like it to also be for discussion. Occasionally I will post a blog ( or perhaps another member ) about topics pertaining to the community. The respect thing applies here, as well as no belief bashing, but I would also like to ask that in these written discussions members try to use proper english. Its easier on everyone this way.
Fourth....Have fun and do lots of art!!

And the last order of business for now, we have a chat! I originally created it because the other kin chats on DA I found were pretty inactive, unfortunately this chat never got any activity at all. So I'll use it now as the official Group Chat. Feel free to go in anytime discuss art, kin stuff or anything else you can think of
